Olio Bonnano is located on the western side of Sicily near the town of Campobello di Mazara in the province of Trapani. Domenico Bonanno takes great pride in the ability to incorporate ancient tradition and century long experience into his innovative processing methods. IT’S ALL IN THE TASTE
Olio Bonnano cultivates some of Sicily’s best Nocellara del Belice olives. The extra virgin oil has a very complex taste with the following attributes: fresh fruitiness, bitterness, and pungency. The fruity scent is an indication of its freshness while the bitterness and pungency is an indication that powerful antioxidants are present.
